Comprehensive Weight Management Program

How This Program Differs

Many weight-loss programs are app-based, group-focused, or primarily coach-led. Medication may be prescribed with limited follow-up, and progress is often measured only by weight.

This program is:

  • One-on-one working closely with a board-certified Obesity Medicine physician.

  • Structured around medical evaluation and ongoing oversight

  • Focused on metabolic health—not just weight reduction

  • Guided by body composition data at every visit

The emphasis is education, safety, precision, and sustainability

Program Structure

Due to the comprehensive and time-intensive nature of this program and the level of individualized physician involvement required, insurance is not accepted.

$500 per visit for the first 4 visits
$250 per visit thereafter

Weight gain is often driven by hormonal and metabolic factors—not simply diet or motivation. Insulin resistance, menopause, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and medication effects commonly play a role.

This program provides individualized, physician-directed care focused on identifying and correcting those underlying drivers.

The Approach

Comprehensive Evaluation
A thorough medical assessment to identify metabolic and hormonal barriers to fat loss.

Evidence-Based Treatment
When appropriate, FDA-approved medications—including GLP-1–based therapies—are prescribed and carefully monitored.

Body Composition Monitoring
At each visit, body composition is measured using InBody 970S technology to track fat loss and muscle preservation. Progress is evaluated objectively—not by scale weight alone.

Sustainable Strategy
Nutrition, strength training, sleep, and behavioral patterns are addressed to support long-term metabolic health.
